3. No Mechanical Liability

• Guarantee absence of faults
Retailers, auction houses, vehicle owners and buyers remain responsible for assessing the overall mechanical condition of a vehicle.
Auto Scan Direct accepts no liability for mechanical defects, latent faults, intermittent issues, wear and tear, or post-inspection failures.
